SELF-ACTUALIZATION AND INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS OF MEN AND WOMEN IN FAMILIES OF MIDDLE MARRIAGE AGE

The article presents the results of an empirical study relationship between interpersonal relationships and self-actualization personality spouses. In psychology, problem spouses has not yet been sufficiently developed. subject was quantitative qualitative indicators self-actualization, harmonious / disharmonious interaction; emotional attitude; understanding, attraction, respect, satisfaction with marriage. involved 80 people - from families average marital age (6-14 years). significant differences in men women, as well a correlation analysis are presented. It established that women marriage, unlike men, strive to achieve maturity, independence establish contacts other people. Women have conflict aggression, disharmony relationships, alienation, desire distance themselves. revealed create positive "I-concept", for knowledge is associated low aggression relationships. level tension relations closely related autonomy freedom.
